Los Angeles, California – Apartment Complex Surveillance Cameras caught what appeared to be a bizarre and deadly kidnapping out front of the complex! The Male would-be kidnapper first dragged a woman out of the apartment, then threw her headlong down the cement stairs out front. After she landed on the ground, the male perpetrator then picked her up and dragged her out of view. Disturbed by the CCTV footage, the Police were called immediately! The CCTV Video footage brought the police directly to the couple, who were celebrating their anniversary at a local hotel. The LA District Attorney says, they will press charges against the husband anyway.by channel 2 news.
